Can I return/exchange merchandise? |

Ma Jolie is committed to making sure our customers are happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please see below for our policy on returning or exchanging merchandise.
Returns:
Ma Jolie will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund less shipping for all non-clearance merchandise if the returned merchandise is postmarked within 7 days of being received. SEE BELOW FOR SALE AND CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE DETAILS.
Merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original condition. Refunds will not be issued after the 7th day in which the merchandise was received.
Exchanges:
You may exchange merchandise free of charge within 30 days of when the merchandise was received. If item is out of stock the customer will receive store credit.
Clearance Items:
All merchandise sold at a 30% or greater discount is considered a FINAL SALE. Returns are not accepted for clearance items, only exchanges or store credit. Merchandise labeled as FINAL SALE is considered as such.
Shoes:
We do not accept returns on shoes that have been scuffed. Please be extremely careful trying on all shoes. We recommend trying them on only on carpet, for a very limited time, and inspecting them for marks before attempting to send them back. All shoe returns must include the original shoe box, in the original condition (not bent or damaged in anyway).
Swimwear:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on swimwear due to hygienic concerns.
Jewelry:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for jewelry. Thus, there is a FINAL sale on all jewelry. |

When shall I expect my order?

Most of our merchandise is immediately available and will ship the same business day if ordered before 2PM PST. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on Saturday, Sunday and holidays, thus orders placed Friday after 2pm PST will ship the following Monday.
The transit time for USPS Priority orders is approximately 2 business days to major metropolitan areas, and 3 business days to more rural areas. For guaranteed delivery, choose either UPS 3-Day Select or UPS 2-Day Air. UPS Ground guarantees delivery within 4 business days.
Shipping may be delayed due to out-of-stock items, as we only ship complete orders to keep your shipping costs low. We will notify you if your order is delayed. |

All domestic orders must ship to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes, except in the case of APO or FPO addresses). All orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS).

The USPS leaves packages at your door so consider having merchandise shipped to your work if this is a concern.
Credit card approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive a follow-up e-mail confirming the total of your order, including shipping and handling charges and sales tax (if any). |
