We are located in the heart of Brentwood Village, just west of the 405 freeway at the Sunset Blvd exit. Come visit us! We offer 2 hours FREE validated parking right across the street. Just bring in your ticket for a stamp.

Can I return or exchange merchandise? |

Ma Jolie is committed to making sure our customers are happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please see below for our policy on returning or exchanging merchandise.
Returns:
Ma Jolie will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund less shipping for all non-clearance merchandise if the returned merchandise is postmarked within 7 calendar days of being received. SEE BELOW FOR FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE DETAILS.
Merchandise returned must be in the original condition: unmarked, unwashed, with all original tags attached. Refunds will not be issued after the 7th calendar day in which the merchandise was received. Customer will pay for shipping the merchandise back.
Exchanges:
You may exchange merchandise free of charge within 14 calendar days of when the merchandise was received. If item is out of stock the customer will receive store credit. Customer will pay for shipping the merchandise back, but there is no charge for the re-shipping.
Final Sale & Clearance Items:
All merchandise sold at a 40% or greater discount from the original price is considered a FINAL SALE. Returns are not accepted for Final Sale/Clearance items. Merchandise labeled as FINAL SALE is considered as such, even if the item is discounted at less than 40%. If a discount code is applied to the purchase which makes an item 40% or more off the original price then it is considered a final sale.
Shoes:
We do not accept returns on shoes that have been scuffed. Please be extremely careful trying on all shoes. We recommend trying them on only on carpet, for a very limited time. All shoe returns must include the original shoe box, in the original condition (not bent or damaged in any way).
Jewelry & Accessories:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for jewelry or accessories (handbags, scarves, etc.). Thus, there is a FINAL sale on all jewelry and accessories.
Special Orders:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for special orders. Thus, there is a FINAL sale on all special orders. |

How much is shipping and when can I expect my order? |

The cost of shipping will vary depending on how quickly you wish to receive your merchandise. Shipping rates are the same no matter how many items you purchase.
Our current shipping rates are as follows:
USPS Priority: $9.65 now just $5.65!
FedEx Ground: $14.95
FedEx Three Day: $23.95
FedEx Two Day: $29.95
FedEx Next Day Air: $58.95 (must be placed by 2pm PST)
International orders: please e-mail store for details, info@majolie.com or call store at (310) 471-9545. Payment for international orders will be processed through Paypal.
Note: FedEx Next Day Air Saturday deliveries will be charged an additional $15 delivery fee.
A separate $9.95 charge will be added for items whose box is large in dimension. This charge will be noted in the item's description.
Most of our merchandise is immediately available and will ship the same business day if ordered before 2pm PST. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. Thus, orders placed Friday after 2pm PST will ship the following Monday. Shipping may be delayed due to out-of-stock items, as we only ship complete orders to keep your shipping costs low. We will notify you immediately if your order is delayed.
The transit time for USPS Priority orders is approximately 2 business days to major metropolitan areas, and 3 business days to more rural areas. For guaranteed delivery, choose either Two Day or Three Day shipping from FedEx. FedEx Ground typically delivers within 4 business days.
All domestic orders must ship to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes). |

Because orders are usually shipped within 24 hours you must notify us immediately to cancel an order. Please call us at (310) 471-9545 for proper methods to cancel your order. No other cancellations are accepted on regular orders. If special overnight shipping is requested then no cancellations can be accepted. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please call during store hours. Please note, special orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. |
